Little Jumpers

First steps into parkour — climbing, jumping, and falling safely, built around play. A parent trains alongside on the floor.

Obstacle-course style sessions that build balance, coordination, and confidence before technique. No experience needed — for the athlete or the parent.

New to HUB? for youth and teen students

Start with a free intro class

Before your first real class, come in for a free intro — meet the coaches, tour the gym, and learn the basics with no pressure. Youth & teen intros run Tue–Thu at 4:30 PM and Saturdays at 9:30 AM, at both gyms.

Youth Parkour & Freerun

The foundations, drilled until they hold up on any obstacle — split into two tracks depending on what your athlete wants to focus on.

Vault, precision, and roll — the core technical track for youth. Multiple levels, from first-timers to advanced, keep every athlete challenged at the right stage.

Youth Flips
+ Freerun

Flips, spins, and flair on top of solid landings — for youth athletes who want the acrobatic side of the sport.

Breakdance

Breaking for youth and teens — footwork, freezes, and power moves, from first-timers to advanced. Runs Wednesdays in Sudbury and Tuesdays & Saturdays in Norfolk.

Bigger lines, real transitions — for athletes who've outgrown the basics and want the details.
