A day at camp

Full days, built to move.

Every day runs 9:00A–3:00P and builds toward a Friday line performance. Here's the rhythm.

1

Warm-up

The whole crew moves together to get bodies ready and dialed in for the day.

2

Skill sessions

Coach-led drills in skill-based groups — vaults, precision, and the day's focus.

3

Open training

Time on the full course to work what they learned and try things on their own.

4

Games

Team games and challenges that sneak in real movement — the part campers ask for.

5

Snack & lunch

Everyone eats together as one group. Optional gym snacks are parent-approved.

6

Film session

Winding down with parkour videos — inspiration, technique, and a breather.

Fridays go off

Every week ends with a line performance to show off what they learned, plus Nerf battles during game time. Campers eat lunch together as one crew all week.

Grouped by level

Three tracks, every camper fits.

Campers train in skill-based groups, so a first-timer and a seasoned athlete both get the right level of challenge.

Foundations

New to the Gym

Brand-new campers. Safe landings, first vaults, and getting comfortable moving on real equipment.

Intermediate

Returning Campers

Building on the basics — cleaner technique, bigger obstacles, and stringing moves into real lines.

Advanced

All-Stars

Experienced campers chasing harder skills, flips, and comp-level movement with room to push.
