Is this your kid?

Built for kids who never stop moving

If your kid is climbing the furniture, throwing flips off the couch, or just full of energy with nowhere to put it — parkour turns that drive into skill, control, and confidence.

We coach in small groups split by age and level, on real obstacles with real progressions — not foam pits. There's a technical parkour track and a flips + freerun track, so they can chase whatever hooks them.

Start in four steps

How to get started

01

Book a first class

Pick a gym and a time. Booking creates a free account and walks you through the waiver right there — a coach places your athlete in the right group.

02

Dress to move & show up

Athletic clothes and sneakers with grip. Drop off and watch from the viewing area — both gyms have one.

03

Come back with the 4-pack

The intro 4-pack gives four more sessions at a reduced starter rate to find the coach, time, and track that fits.

04

Settle into a membership

When it clicks, pick a weekly membership sized to how often they train. Add a second day as they progress.

What a session looks like

Warm-up & movement prep
Every session opens with a warm-up and mobility built for growing bodies.
Drilled fundamentals
Vault, precision, roll, and landings — repped until they hold up on any obstacle.
Lines & flow
Older and advanced athletes string moves into real lines and transitions.
Coached, not just supervised
Small groups mean real coaching and feedback on every rep, not a crowd doing one drill.

Common questions

What's the difference between parkour and freerun?

Parkour is efficient movement over obstacles — vault, precision, roll. Freerunning adds flips, spins, and flair. We offer both tracks, and athletes can do one or both.

Does my kid need experience?

No. Groups are split by age and level and beginners start from zero. Coaches scale every session to the athletes in front of them.

How are classes grouped?

By age (Youth 7–12, Teen 13+) and level, so kids train with peers at a similar stage.

Is there a path to competing?

Yes. Athletes who want more can be flagged for Team HUB, our invite-based competitive track. Just keep training and coaches will spot readiness.

What should they wear?

Athletic clothes and sneakers with grip. No jeans, no jewelry, nothing with zippers near the floor.
