New students may start with the $20 first class. No long-term commitment is required to try the program.

Youth meets Thursday at 11 AM. Teen meets Thursday at noon. Contact us if you are unsure which group fits best.
Wear athletic clothes, clean sneakers, and bring water. Coaches will introduce the space and scale the class for a first-timer.
