Required first step

Create account / sign waiver

Creating your free WellnessLiving account is how you sign the waiver for yourself and your family. It's the first step, and it happens right in the booking flow. You'll use the same account to book classes, manage memberships, and add athletes.

What to expect

What to wear

Clothes you can move freely in and sneakers with rubber grip. Skip jeans, jewelry, and crocs.

Who you train with

Small groups, split by age and level — a coach watching every athlete, not a crowd doing the same drill alone.

Watching & waiting

Both gyms have a viewing area for parents and family.

Safety first

Every session starts with a warm-up and progressions scaled to what you can already do — no flips required on day one.

Step 01

Youth & Teen: choose your first visit

Recommended: book the free 30-minute Introductory Class for a gym tour, a basic lesson, program guidance, and time for questions before joining the regular class schedule. It is optional. Athletes who are ready can instead jump directly into a full first class for $18.

One important thing when you sign up:
1Create the account in your name. Enter the parent or guardian's info first — you become the account holder who manages everything.
2Add your kids as family members. Add each child underneath your account, so their bookings and waivers all live in one place.
3Sign the waiver and you're set. One login lets you book classes, manage the whole family, and update info anytime.
Step 02

Build consistency with the starter 4-pack

Four full classes at a starter rate help athletes find the coach, program, and time that fit before choosing a membership. This is separate from the free 30-minute Introductory Class.

Step 03

Pick an ongoing membership

Once it's clicking, go ongoing. Memberships are sized by how often you train and your age group — Explore, Athlete, and Elite tiers, with lower monthly rates on longer contracts.

See every plan & what's included

Little Jumpers, Youth & Teen, and Adult each have their own membership tiers and class packs — all laid out on the pricing page, including what each membership includes and member perks.

Quick questions

Do I need experience to start?

No. Most athletes walk in with zero parkour background. Coaches scale every session to the group in front of them.

What age can my kid start?

Little Jumpers starts at age 4. Youth runs 7 to 12, Teen 13 to 17, and Adult 16+. Athletes who are 16 or 17 can train in either Teen or Adult classes, whichever fits better.

What happens after the starter 4-pack?

You'll move to an ongoing membership sized to how often you want to train — no automatic upsell, just a conversation with your coach.

Can I switch or pause my membership?

Yes — message your gym directly or manage it from your WellnessLiving member portal.

Do you offer sibling or multi-class discounts?

Ask your gym front desk — current discounts are confirmed at sign-up, not listed here.
