Is this you?

For anyone who wants to move again

Maybe you watched the videos and always wanted to try. Maybe you want training that's more fun than a gym membership. You don't need to be young, flexible, or fearless — just willing to show up.

Sessions are scaled for grown bodies. We build strength, mobility, and real technique on progressions, so you make steady, safe progress — whether it's your first vault or your fiftieth flip.

Start in four steps

How to get started

01

Book a first class

Pick a gym and a time. Booking creates your free account and walks you through the waiver right there — a coach meets you where you're at.

02

Dress to move & show up

Athletic clothes and sneakers with grip. Get there a few minutes early to meet your coach and the group.

03

Come back with the 4-pack

The intro 4-pack gives four more sessions at a reduced starter rate to find your coach, time, and track.

04

Settle into a membership

When it clicks, pick a membership sized to how often you train. Elite adds open gym for training on your own time.

In the gym

What a session looks like

Warm-up & mobility
Sessions open with a warm-up built to prep adult joints and muscles before anything technical.
Strength + technique
Vaults, precisions, and landings that double as serious strength and coordination work.
Scaled to you
Every move is progressed to your level — no ego, no comparison, just your next step.
Train with a crew
A room of other adults chasing the same thing, coached by name — not a class you disappear into.

Common questions

I'm not fit or flexible — can I still start?

Yes. That's most of our adult athletes on day one. Everything scales; you build fitness and mobility by training — you don't need it first.

Do I need any experience?

None. Adult classes start from zero and coaches scale every session to the group in front of them.

How often should I train?

Once a week is plenty to start with the Explore plan. Many adults add a second day or go Elite once it's part of the routine.

Can I do open gym too?

Yes — the Elite plan includes open gym, or you can drop in to train on your own between classes.

What should I wear?

Athletic clothes you can move in and sneakers with grip. No jeans, no jewelry, nothing with zippers near the floor.
