The rules that keep the gym safe and fair. Questions on anything here? Email contact@hubptc.com.
Month-to-month memberships offer the most flexibility — you may cancel at any time, subject to the following.
How to cancel: Email contact@hubptc.com with your name and the requested cancellation date.
Timing: Cancellation requests must be received before your monthly billing date.
Refunds: Once a monthly payment posts it is non-refundable. If you don't cancel before the billing date, that month is not refunded, though you keep facility access for the remainder of the billing cycle.
Contract memberships provide a discounted rate in exchange for a commitment (e.g. 4 months).
Renewal: Contracts auto-renew for the same term length at the end of the cycle.
Price changes: Your rate is guaranteed for the duration of your current term. We reserve the right to adjust pricing upon renewal and will notify you before your renewal date.
Cancellation / non-renewal: To prevent auto-renewal, email a cancellation request at least 7 days before the end of your current term.
Early termination: Breaking a contract before the term ends requires payment of the remaining balance of the contract.
Holds: Contracts may be paused for illness or injury (with a doctor's note) or pre-planned travel (minimum 2 weeks). Holds extend the contract end date, must be requested before the date of charge, and require a predetermined end date. A hold can be ended early with notification. It is your responsibility to track the end date — payments resume automatically when the hold ends.
Drop-in class passes are valid for 30 days after purchase for any applicable class booking and will not be honored after the 30-day window lapses.
Drop-in passes are non-refundable. If you upgrade to a membership before using the pass, its value is discounted off your first membership payment.
Non-refundable: All CampHUB purchases are non-refundable.
Rescheduling: Cancel at least 7 days before the camp start date and you may apply your credit to a future camp date within 3 months.
“Next Camp” guarantee: If no camps are scheduled within that 3-month window, your credit is honored for the next available HUB camp session.
Late cancellations: Cancellations made within 7 days of the camp start date forfeit all fees and credit.
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time.
2+ weeks notice: Cancel more than 14 days before the party and you forfeit the deposit but owe nothing else.
Less than 14 days notice: Cancellations within 14 days of the event are responsible for the full party package cost; the remaining balance is automatically charged to the card on file.
Gratuity: For parties with more than 20 participants, an automatic 20% gratuity is added to the final bill to support our staff.
Refund window: Tickets for singular events (jams, clinics, competitions) are refundable up to 7 days before the event.
Final sale: Within 7 days of the event, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, and valid only for the specific date purchased.
In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 93, Section 81, you have specific rights to cancel your contract without penalty in the following circumstances.
3-day cooling-off period: You may cancel within three (3) business days of signing/purchasing. Cancellation must be in writing to contact@hubptc.com or by certified mail; all monies paid are refunded.
Relocation: You may cancel if you move more than twenty-five (25) miles from any HUB location and we cannot transfer your membership to a comparable facility within that distance. Proof of new residence is required.
Medical disability & death: You or your estate may cancel if you die or become totally and physically disabled for the contract term. A physician's certificate is required for medical cancellation.
Substantial change in services: You may cancel if services or facilities are substantially changed, or if the facility closes and fails to provide a comparable alternative within a reasonable distance.
Your monthly tuition secures a set number of class credits for the current month (e.g. 5, 9, or unlimited). We encourage a consistent weekly time slot to build skills with the same coach, but your membership buys flexibility, not just a specific hour.
Flexible scheduling (make-ups): If you miss your scheduled class, use that credit any other time within the current month — shift to a different day that week or double up later in the month.
Availability: All rescheduled classes are subject to space availability.
No carry-over: Class credits do not roll over. Unused classes expire on the last day of the month, and it's the member's responsibility to schedule all classes before month-end.
Holidays & closures: If HUB is closed for a holiday or weather event, you're responsible for scheduling a replacement class on a different day within that same month.
Safety is our number-one priority. The first 5–10 minutes of class are a mandatory safety warm-up.
Intro / Early Development: Students arriving more than 5 minutes late will not be admitted.
General Youth / Adult: Students arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be admitted.
Students denied entry due to lateness are not eligible for a refund or make-up credit. Please plan your commute accordingly.
To maintain safe coach-to-student ratios, pre-registration is required for all classes.
Spot guarantee: We cannot guarantee a spot for walk-ins. Classes at capacity will not accept additional students.
Consistency: You have the flexibility to choose different days, but we strongly encourage a standard weekly schedule to build rapport with coaches and classmates.
In severe weather, HUB generally follows the Sudbury Public Schools closure policy.
School closures: If schools are closed, HUB will be closed until at least 3:00 PM. Staff reassess road conditions by 1:00 PM to decide whether evening classes run.
Communication: Official decisions are posted immediately on our Facebook/Instagram and sent via email — please check social media before heading to the gym.
Safety first: Our staff commute from various locations. Even if your local roads are clear, if our staff cannot travel safely we remain closed.
Zero-tolerance: HUB is committed to being a safe, accepting place for everybody. We have a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behavior. Violations may result in immediate removal from the facility and termination of membership without refund.
USPK alignment: In addition to our house rules, HUB defers to and upholds the Code of Conduct of the United States Parkour Association (USPK). We expect all members and guests to act with respect toward the facility, staff, and fellow practitioners.
Please ensure students are picked up promptly at the end of class, camp, or event. Children aged 10 and under must be picked up inside the lobby. Frequent late pick-ups (more than 10 minutes past class end) may result in a strictly enforced late fee of $1 per minute to compensate staff for their time.
HUB is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. We strongly recommend leaving valuables at home or keeping them in a secure bag within view.
Classes & camps: Children aged 7 and up may be dropped off for their scheduled sessions. Children under 7 must have a parent or guardian present in the facility.
Open Gym: Children aged 5 and under must be directly supervised (watched) by a parent or guardian at all times on the floor.
HUB marketing: You grant HUB permission to use photos and videos taken of you/your child for marketing and promotional purposes.
Community filming: You acknowledge that other members may film their own practice in the gym. Please be respectful of others' privacy and safety when filming.
In a medical emergency where the participant (or parent/guardian) cannot respond, you grant HUB staff permission to administer First Aid/CPR and/or secure emergency medical transport (ambulance) at the participant's expense.
We maintain an informal Lost & Found bin. While we'll try our best to help you locate missing items, HUB is not responsible for lost or stolen property and does not guarantee the return of items left behind.
Processing time: All orders are processed within 3–5 business days and shipped on the next available business day.
Risk of loss: Ownership of packages transfers to the buyer once passed to the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, Sendle, etc.). HUB is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks them “Delivered.”
Damaged items: If your equipment arrives broken or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll replace any item that arrives defective or broken in transit.
Intended use: HUB Precision Trainers and other equipment are designed for use on flat, clean, and stable surfaces only.
Supervision: While HUB has no duty to supervise use of equipment outside our facility, we strictly recommend all training take place under the supervision of an adult guardian or qualified sports professional.
Assumption of risk: Parkour training involves inherent risks. By purchasing equipment you assume full responsibility for its safe setup and use. HUB is not liable for injuries resulting from home use.
Return window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for most items.
Eligibility: Items must be in the same condition received. Apparel: unworn, unwashed, with original tags. Equipment (Precision Trainers): unused, undamaged, in original packaging. Gift cards and “Final Sale” items are non-refundable.
Damaged or defective: If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and we'll make it right.
Change of mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs; original shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed to your original payment method (allow 5–10 business days). For exchanges, the fastest route is to return the item and make a separate purchase for the new one.
