New England's first dedicated parkour academy — athlete-owned, athlete-coached, built for anyone ready to move.
HUB started in Norton with a dedicated crew, a stack of plywood, and a box of screws — athletes building the gym they wished they had. That crew grew it into two full facilities in Sudbury and Norfolk, both open and training today.
We're athlete-owned and athlete-run. Every founder and coach on our floor is a current practitioner — not a fitness chain that added parkour to a class list. Same standard for everyone, from a four-year-old's first jump to an elite competitor's next line, scaled to where you actually are.
Hub Parkour started because our founder, Dylan Polin, fell in love with a brand-new sport he found online — but had absolutely nowhere to train it. After cutting his teeth coaching at a local gymnastics facility, he realized parkour needed a dedicated home. In January 2016, our original gym in Norton was born.
What started as a grassroots mission to create a safe space to jump and climb quickly grew into something much bigger: a vibrant, supportive community.
As our community grew, so did our vision. To bring a world-class experience to more families, we made some bold new moves, transitioning into two premier, custom-built training centers: Hub Sudbury and Hub Norfolk.
At Hub, we don't just teach flips and vaults — we build confidence, resilience, and community through movement.
The locations have changed, but our heart remains exactly the same. Welcome to the Hub family — let's move!
Want to get involved? Reach out nowEvery athlete who walks in — from the four-year-old jumping off the couch to the competitor chasing a title — learns more than flips and vaults. We coach grit, problem-solving, and the kind of confidence you can only earn on the floor.
Training parkour since 2005, inspired by the early Urban Freeflow videos. His coaching centers on the “level up” moment — helping an athlete get past something they were sure they couldn't do.
Came up through skateboarding, snowboarding, and BMX before falling for the fluidity of parkour — and for coaching athletes as they grow.
Training since 2007, drawn to the acrobatic side and to competition. Believes learning to lose early is how you grow, and loves watching athletes overcome adversity together.
Training 10+ years since high school. Lives for pushing personal limits and for the moment an athlete finally lands a skill they've chased all session.
Started in 2012, coached gymnastics, and built a freerun program for 8+ years before joining HUB. Wants every athlete to find the same love of movement he did.
Training since October 2008, starting in Albania in the sport's no-tutorials era. Precision-focused — he believes determination and time are what build great athletes.

Every obstacle is a puzzle. We coach athletes to find their own way through it, not just copy a demo.
Falling is part of training. We build athletes who get back up and try the line again.
Confidence that's earned on the floor, not handed out — built rep by rep.
Real technique underneath it all — the moves have to actually hold up.
