- Ages 4–7: 10:00–10:45 AM
- Ages 7–12: 11:00 AM–12:00 PM
- Teens and adults: 12:30–1:30 PM
Sessions are free with a reservation and a completed account and waiver. Meet the coaches, try the gym, and find the right program for your family.
