A day at camp

What a camp day is made of

Coached skill sessions, games and time to practice, with breaks for snacks and lunch. Campers train in groups matched to their experience.

Warm-ups

The whole crew moves together to start the day and again after lunch, so bodies are ready before every skill block.

Skill sessions (several a day)

Coach-led drills in skill-based groups, morning and afternoon: vaults, precision, walls, bars, and the day's focus skill.

Open training

Time on the full course between sessions to work what they just learned and try things on their own.

Games

Team games and challenges slotted around the skill sessions that sneak in real movement. The part campers ask for.

Snacks and lunch

A mid-morning snack, lunch together as one group, and an afternoon snack break. Optional gym snacks are parent-approved.

Film session

A breather with parkour videos when energy dips: inspiration, technique, and a chance to cool down.

Fridays go off

Every week ends with a line performance to show off what they learned, plus Nerf battles during game time. Campers eat lunch together as one crew all week.

Grouped by level

Three groups, every camper fits.

Campers train in skill-based groups, so a first-timer and a seasoned athlete both get the right level of challenge.

Foundations

New to the Gym

Returning Campers

Advanced

All-Stars

Experienced campers chasing harder skills, flips, and comp-level movement with room to push.
