What we collect

When you book, we collect your contact details and your athlete's details, such as names, email, phone, birth date, emergency contact and waiver answers. On this website we also collect basic visit data, like the pages you view and the type of device you use. We never store card numbers on this site.

How we use it

To run your bookings, send confirmations and reminders, answer your questions, keep the gym safe and improve our programs. We also use it to see whether our ads are working, so we spend less showing them to people they don't fit.

Ads and analytics

We use tools from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, including cookies and pixels, to understand visits to our site and show relevant ads. When someone books, we may send Meta and Google a scrambled (hashed) copy of their email or phone number so they can tell us whether an ad led to the booking. They can't read the original. You can turn off personalized ads in your Facebook, Instagram and Google ad settings.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run HUB, and only for that job: WellnessLiving for bookings, memberships and payments, plus our email, support and advertising tools. Each has its own privacy policy. We don't sell or rent your information. We share it with others only if the law requires it.

Kids

Our programs are for kids, but parents and guardians do the booking and sign the waivers. This website isn't meant for children under 13 to use on their own, and we don't knowingly collect information from them online. We never use children's information to target ads.

Seeing or deleting your data

To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you or your athlete, email admn@hubptc.com with your name and the email on your account. We'll confirm when it's done, usually within 30 days. To stop our emails, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of them.
