- Ages 7 and up
- Free 30-minute intro

“My 7 year old has really enjoyed his time here, gaining confidence in how he uses his body to safely fall, roll, climb.” Norfolk parent, Google review
More than a workout.
Parkour teaches kids to look at a wall, a gap or a rail and figure out how to get past it. That carries over.

Youth classes
Small groups split by age and level. Vaults, jumps, climbs and landings, taught one step at a time so every kid gets wins early.
Teen classes
Bigger obstacles, harder lines and flips once the foundations are solid. Teens train alongside athletes who compete.

Coached every minute
Landing and falling come first. The floor is padded, progressions are gradual and coaches only move athletes up when they're ready.

Quick answers.
What happens at the free intro?
A coach walks new athletes through safe landings, a few first moves and how classes work. It takes 30 minutes and parents can watch.
Is my kid in Youth or Teen?
Youth classes are ages 7 to 12. Teen classes are 13 and up. Coaches confirm the best fit at the intro.
Does my child need to be athletic?
No. Most athletes start with no parkour background. Coaches scale every drill to the athlete in front of them.
Is parkour safe?
Coaches teach landing and falling first, the floor is padded and progressions are built step by step. Athletes only try what they are ready for.

Thirty minutes with a coach is the easiest way to find out if parkour is their thing.
